My Story
I went through my own fitness transformation. I used to lift weights 3 times a week, but I still looked more fat than muscular. I was guilty of selectively choosing tops with the right fit and the right colour (black), to take a picture at the right angle - simply to prove to myself that I did lift weights – because most of the time, the fat overshadowed the muscle.
